Intestinal urinary diversion is a treatment option for neurogenic bladder patients who fail minimally invasive treatment options [
1]. Continent diversion uses an intestinal segment to provide a reservoir that is catheterized by the patient. The incidence of urolithiasis in such patients ranges from 2.6 to 52%, and calculi size averages 3 cm [
2]. Larger stones are rare and may be asymptomatic or associated with lower abdominal pain, dysuria, frequency, or incontinence [
3]. Therapeutic intervention typically includes open cystolithotomy or endoscopic cystolithotripsy [
