Aneurysmal dilatation of the small bowel is a characteristic appearance seen in the setting of infiltrative malignancy, typically lymphoma. Loss of bowel tone occurs due to penetration of the muscularis propria as well as destruction of the autonomic nerve plexus [
1]. It was first described in 1969 by Cupps et al., who noted the aneurysmal pattern in 35% of small bowel lymphoma cases on fluoroscopic barium studies [
