Contour deformities of the calf due to muscle hypoplasia or various myopathies have been successfully corrected using silicone gel-filled implants or autologous tissue [

2]. The development of silicone prostheses for calf and buttock augmentation enables surgeons to also consider reconstruction and augmentation with implants on other regions of the body. They provide prompt reconstruction with no donor area morbidity. As they have been used for shoulder deformities [
3], the idea of using these prosthesis has arisen when the presented patient was referred for reconstruction of her thigh deformity. Lateral thigh augmentation with the use of a suprafascial approach and the results of this technique in one patient are described below. …
