Auf einen Blick

Trend Die Antibiotikaverordnungen zeigen 2021 gegenüber dem Vorjahr von der Gesamtmenge her eine Abnahme, die allerdings weniger stark als im Vorjahr ausfällt. Betroffen sind vor allem Betalactamantibiotika, darunter Penicillin, Amoxicillin und viele Oralcephalosporine, Tetracycline, Makrolide und Fluorchinolone. Diese Veränderungen sind wie im Vorjahr teilweise auf die Folgen der SARS-CoV-2-Pandemie zurückzuführen (Krulichová et al. 2022), im Rahmen derer weniger Atemwegsinfektionen und Influenzafälle auftraten. Entsprechend sind auch Antitussiva und Expektorantien seltener verordnet worden. Ein leichter Anstieg findet sich bei einigen Arzneistoffen, die typischerweise bei Harnwegsinfektionen verordnet werden. Keine wesentlichen Änderungen werden bei den Verordnungen der Antimykotika und der antiviralen Arzneistoffe beobachtet.
