Ein Ausrutscher mit anhaltenden Folgen

Ein 61-jähriger Mann berichtet, vor sechs Wochen beim Fußballspielen mit dem linken ausgestreckten Bein auf den Spielball getreten zu sein. Dadurch sei er abrupt nach vorne ausgrätschend zu Fall gekommen. Initial seien starke Schmerzen am dorsalen Oberschenkel aufgetreten. Über mehrere Tage habe sich dann ein großflächiges Hämatom am dorsalen Oberschenkel entwickelt. Nach dem Abklingen der Schmerzen bemerke er nun eine Unsicherheit beim Gehen und eine Schwäche der Oberschenkelmuskulatur, besonders beim raschen Starten. Rückenschmerzen oder eine radikuläre Schmerzausstrahlung werden ebenso wie eine Blasen- oder Mastdarmfunktionsstörung verneint. Eine medizinische Versorgung sei bisher nicht erfolgt. …
