Serious complications can occur during or after the scuba diving. Most of the patients suffer strokes because of dysbaric air embolisms [
1]. Dissections of cervical arteries in scuba divers have rarely been described in the literature [
2]. The cases reported include pointed internal carotid artery (ICA) and vertebral artery dissections. According to our knowledge, however, isolated posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) dissection after scuba diving has not been reported in literature. We present an isolated PICA dissection that occurred as an unusual complication of scuba diving. …
