Description of the MediQuit tool
Data collection and analysis
-
CRF 1 asked for patients’ health data: frailty status according to the study of osteoporotic Fractures (SOF) [17], list of patients’ diagnoses and medication scheme before the intervention.
-
CRF 2 asked for ratings of the consultation and the tool: name of medication checked, (shared) decision-making including its result, duration of the consultation, MQu elements used, helpfulness of elements, evaluation of benefit, free comments for improvements.
