Perinatale und peripartale Risiken in Abhängigkeit vom Konzeptionsmodus

Zusammenfassung

Der Beitrag fasst den aktuellen Kenntnisstand zum Einfluss assistierter Reproduktion auf perinatale Risiken und peripartale Verläufe zusammen. Neben Vergleichen zur Allgemeinbevölkerung wird insbesondere auf Unterschiede innerhalb des Behandlungsspektrums eingegangen. Dazu werden vorwiegend Daten aus systematischen Übersichtsarbeiten und Metaanalysen von Einlingsschwangerschaften herangezogen. Während der absolute Risikoanstieg im Allgemeinen gering ist, besteht bei einigen Verfahren der assistierten Reproduktion ein höheres Risiko unerwünschter perinataler und peripartaler Ereignisse. Das betrifft unter anderem Unterschiede im fetalen Wachstum bei Frischzyklen im Vergleich zu Auftauzyklen sowie auch das erhöhte Präeklampsierisiko nach Kryoembryotransfer. Für Kliniker ist es wichtig, Unterschiede zu kennen, um ihre Patienten entsprechend beraten und betreuen zu können.
