Isolated rapid eye movement (REM) sleep behavior disorder (iRBD) is a prodromal condition, with iRBD demonstrating a propensity to phenoconvert to synucleinopathies, including Parkinson’s disease (PD), dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), and multiple system atrophy (MSA) [
