Room tilt illusion (RTI) is a rare disorder of the visuospatial perception of the environment consisting of a tilt of the visual scene, which can be considered a visual metamorphopsia of angulation. It is always paroxysmal and transient in nature and can last from few seconds to many hours, sometimes recurring for few days.
