Kognitive Unterstützung zur Optimierung und Beschleunigung des Schockraummanagements von schwerverletzten und polytraumatisierten Patienten

Zusammenfassung

Trotz Verbesserungen bei der Versorgung Schwerstverletzter verbleiben Morbidität und Mortalität, insbesondere in der frühen Versorgungsphase, hoch, nicht zuletzt aufgrund der noch immer nicht ausreichenden Leitlinienadhärenz. Letztere bilden das Rückgrat für die optimale Versorgung, sind jedoch nach wie vor aufgrund von Umfang und Aufbau für den unmittelbaren Gebrauch im Schockraum oft unpraktikabel. Resultierend aus einer engen Kooperation zwischen zwei französischen Fachgesellschaften wurden kognitive Unterstützungshilfen in Form von Flowcharts für das Schockraummanagement schwerstverletzter Patienten entwickelt, übersetzt und an die aktuelle, durch die Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Wissenschaftlichen Medizinischen Fachgesellschaften (AWMF) koordinierte „S3-Leitlinie Polytrauma/Schwerverletzten-Behandlung“ angepasst.
