Zusammenfassung

Spontane intrazerebrale Blutungen (ICBs) sind für ca. 8–15% aller Schlaganfälle verantwortlich, bei Patienten unter oraler Antikoagulation sogar bis zu 40%. Die Mortalität und Morbidität sind wesentlich höher als beim ischämischen Schlaganfall. Über die Behandlungsmöglichkeiten in der Akutsituation gibt es nur wenig Daten aus randomisierten kontrollierten Therapiestudien. In dieser Übersicht soll die aktuelle Datenlage zusammengefasst und darauf basierend sollen Empfehlungen zur Behandlung von ICBs gegeben werden.
