Zusammenfassung

Die Verwendung von Stimmprothesen hat sich in den letzten 3 Dekaden weltweit zum Goldstandard in der Rehabilitation nach Laryngektomie entwickelt. Das Verfahren ist technisch einfach und weist eine niedrige Komplikationsrate auf. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird über 2 Patienten mit einer ausgeprägten Granulationsneigung im Bereich des Stimmshunts berichtet, die zur Inkarzeration der Prothese und subtotalen/totalen Stenose des Neopharynx geführt hat.
