Therapie der postoperativen Thrombose

Zusammenfassung

Neben der frühzeitigen Diagnose einer postoperativen Beinvenenthrombose ist eine sofortige, suffiziente Therapie notwendig, um die Manifestation einer Lungenembolie zu vermeiden, eine Rezidivthrombose zu verhindern und der Entwicklung des postthrombotischen Syndroms vorzubeugen. Bei der praktischen Umsetzung eines strukturierten Thrombosetherapieregimes bestehen oft noch Unklarheiten. In der folgenden Übersicht werden therapeutische Optionen in Abhängigkeit von individuellen expositionellen und dispositionellen Risiken vor dem Hintergrund evidenzbasierter Daten und Empfehlungen der Fachgesellschaften dargestellt.
