Aufnahme eines 60-jährigen Patienten am Freitagvormittag. Bekannter Diabetes, bekannter Hypertonus. Seit dem Vortag der Aufnahme Durchfälle, Schmerzen im linken Unterbauch. Als Nebenbefund Nabelhernie. Temperatur 38,4 °C, 17.100 Leukozyten, CRP 165 mg/L (Norm: < 3). Erste Differenzialdiagnose: V. a. Gastroenteritis, DD Sigmadivertikulitis. Mikrobiologischer Nachweis von Camphylobakter im Stuhl. Testgerechte Antibiotikatherapie mit Doxycyclin. …
