Zusammenfassung

Ursprungsanomalien der Koronararterien sind seltene angeborene Fehlbildungen, die durch eine häufig schlitzförmige Abgangsstenose und den Verlauf zwischen Truncus pulmonalis und Aorta als prädisponierende Faktoren für Myokardischämien gelten. Es wird über den plötzlichen Tod eines 42 Jahre alt gewordenen Mannes berichtet, der eine schlitzförmige Abgangsanomalie der rechten Koronararterie und einen übervollen Magen mit resultierendem hohen Zwerchfellstand zeigte. Beide Befunde sind in diesem Fall als morphologische Äquivalente des plötzlichen Herztodes anzusehen.
