Intensive therapies of delayed cerebral ischemia after subarachnoid hemorrhage: a propensity-matched comparison of different center-driven strategies

Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) is a devastating condition that accounts for about 5% of all strokes. Delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI) is a common complication following aSAH that contributes to poor outcome [ 28 ]. Severe angiographic …

How I do it? Posterior inferior cerebellar artery-intracranial vertebral artery reimplantation bypass and trapping of dissecting aneurysm involving the proximal posterior inferior cerebellar artery

The posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) conventionally originates from the vertebral artery (VA), and the varied origin makes the PICA aneurysm complex. The PICA is divided into five segments, and the proximal three segments, and …

Risk factors for polyetheretherketone cage subsidence following minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion

Minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF) has gained popularity for the safe and effective treatment of patients with degenerative lumbar spine disease [ 8 , 11 ]. Interbody fusion refers to the insertion of a cage into …
