Entzündliche Dermatosen im Kindes- und Jugendalter

Diagnostische und therapeutische Besonderheiten anhand der atopischen Dermatitis und der Psoriasis

Zusammenfassung

Die atopische Dermatitis (AD) und die Psoriasis gehören zu den häufigsten entzündlichen Dermatosen, die wir täglich in der Praxis und in der Klinik behandeln. Die AD tritt in mehr als 70 % der Fälle vor dem 5. Lebensjahr auf. Etwa ein Drittel der Psoriasispatienten berichtet über eine Erstmanifestation ihrer Erkrankung in den ersten 2 Lebensdekaden. Daher werden in der aktuellen Übersicht diese 2 Erkrankungen als Prototypen der „entzündlichen Dermatosen im Kindes- und Jugendalter“ erarbeitet. Unser Ziel ist es, die Aufmerksamkeit auf ausgewählte, für das Alter spezifische Sonderformen und Differenzialdiagnosen zu lenken, gleichzeitig Hinweise für eine erweiterte Diagnostik – auch in Bezug auf die Komorbiditäten – einzuprägen sowie einen Einblick in die aktuellen therapeutischen Entwicklungen zu verschaffen.
