Kapilläre Nävi und andere vaskuläre Malformationen
Die Bezeichnung kapilläre Malformation hat auf internationaler Ebene Verwirrung gestiftet. Die hier vorgeschlagene Klassifikation befolgt das Prinzip, dass jeder spezifischen Hautkrankheit ein spezifischer Name zukommt. Kapilläre Nävi sind Naevus flammeus, Portweinnävus vom Proteus-Typ, Portweinnävus vom CLOVES-Typ, Naevus roseus, rhodoider Nävus, Cutis marmorata teleangiectatica congenita, Livedo reticularis congenita, segmentales Angioma serpiginosum, Naevus anaemicus, Naevus syringocapillaris, Naevus vascularis mixtus und Angiokeratoma circumscriptum. Weitere mögliche kapilläre Nävi sind mesotroper Portweinfleck, Carter-Mirzaa-Flecken sowie unilaterale nävoide Teleangiektasien vom punktförmigen oder fleckförmigen Typ. Hinzu kommen der segmentale Naevus venosus und die hereditären kleinen venösen Nävi. Lymphatische Malformationen umfassen Naevus lymphangioreticularis und die lymphatische Kokardenmalformation, die bislang als Hämangiom fehlgedeutet worden ist.
