Zusammenfassung

Minimal-invasive, endoskopische Eingriffe und Operationstechniken gehören zum Standardrepertoire der operativen Gynäkologie und bieten eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten, typische und seltene Erkrankungsbilder auf elegante und wenig traumatisierende Weise zu behandeln. Auf diesem Gebiet hat die Gynäkologie in den letzten Jahrzehnten große Erfahrungen sammeln können, viele endoskopische Operationsmethoden haben sich zu Standardverfahren etabliert, und innovative Therapieansätze bei neuen Indikationen werden fortwährend erprobt. Damit dieses wichtige operative Teilgebiet sicher und erfolgreich angewendet werden kann, ist es jedoch von entscheidender Bedeutung für den Operateur, mögliche Komplikationen und Risiken zu kennen und diese bei der Indikationsstellung, der Aufklärung der Patientin und der Operation selbst zu berücksichtigen. Der Übersichtartikel soll über die typischen, aktuell berichteten Komplikationen der gynäkologischen Endoskopie informieren und dem Operateur Empfehlungen zum richtigen Management an die Hand geben.
