Zusammenfassung

Die Einflüsse der Natur und des Klimawandels auf die psychische Gesundheit sind erheblich. Allerdings sind die zugrunde liegenden Mechanismen bis heute kaum verstanden. Insbesondere dem Immunsystem wird eine wichtige Rolle beigemessen. Mithilfe moderner Modellsysteme will das Deutsche Zentrum für Psychische Gesundheit (DZPG) München den Beitrag des Immunsystems zur Entstehung psychischer Erkrankung unter veränderten Umweltbedingungen aufklären und präventive Behandlungsansätze entwickeln.
