Musculoskeletal: what is different in children? Jumping around and falls on floor: will not move right arm

This 23-month-old male was playing with siblings and had a good time. He jumped from a window onto a couch and then unwitnessed, he fell to the floor. His mother noticed immediately that he did not want to use or move his right upper extremity. The parents brought the patient to our emergency room (ER) for further evaluation. Upon arrival, the patient was completely in good health. However, he was guarding his right upper extremity and did not want to move it. There was a little swelling and tenderness around the elbow and because of this radiographs were obtained. These were not dedicated elbow radiographs but rather radiographs of the humerus and forearm. The images of the humerus were normal and non-contributory, but the forearm images were interesting (Fig. 1). Do you see a fracture?
