Mycobacterium tuberculosis is now recognized as a cause of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) [

2]. The use of noninvasive pressure support ventilation (NIPSV) in tuberculous ARDS has not been previously reported. We report three cases of tuberculous ARDS [
