Einer der Meilensteine in der Rheumatologie ist die Entwicklung und zunehmende klinische Anwendung der standardisierten Messung des Therapieerfolgs. Ausgehend von internationalen Bemühungen um die Vereinheitlichung der Ergebnisparameter randomisierter klinischer Studien, finden klinische und patientenberichtete Outcomes zunehmend Eingang in die tägliche Routine. Neben klassischen Messgrößen der klinischen Aktivität, wie z. B. dem DAS28, gewinnen patientenseitige Outcomes wie Schmerz, Funktion, Globalurteil der Krankheitsaktivität oder Fatigue zunehmende Bedeutung. Es werden die in der Rheumatologie am häufigsten eingesetzten krankheitsspezifischen und generischen Instrumente vorgestellt. …
