Zusammenfassung

Das Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) ist eine junge Psychotherapiemethode mit nachgewiesener Wirksamkeit bei der posttraumatischen Belastungsstörung. Sie wird mittlerweile auch zur Behandlung von Angststörungen, Schmerzstörungen, stoffgebundener Abhängigkeit und affektiven Störungen angewendet.
