Bedeutung des operativen Zugangs für das Outcome beim Karzinom des unteren Rektumdrittels

Zusammenfassung

Die Tumorlokalisation im distalen Rektumdrittel ist per se ein unabhängiger Risikofaktor für Prognose, Funktion und Lebensqualität operierter Patienten. Kommen weitere Risikofaktoren hinzu, wird der operative Schwierigkeitsgrad sehr hoch und der optimale operative Zugangsweg gewinnt an Bedeutung. In dieser Arbeit sollen die Zugänge zum hinteren Kompartiment des kleinen Beckens von abdominell (anteriorer Zugang), von perineal (posteriorer Zugang) und deren Kombination (Hybridverfahren) kurz vorgestellt und zeitgemäß eingeordnet werden.
