Zusammenfassung

Der Prozess der Rehabilitation und des „return to sport“ (RTS) ist ein Kontinuum, das vornehmlich unabhängig von zeitlichen Faktoren, auf der individuellen Leistungs- und Funktionsfähigkeit einer jeden Patient*in aufgebaut sein sollte. Trotz der hohen klinischen Relevanz fehlen im Praxisalltag häufig Zeit oder Ressourcen für eine qualitative Bewertung des Rehabilitationserfolges nach einer Ersatzplastik des vorderen Kreuzbandes (VKB). Um die Rückkehr zur sportlichen Teilnahme („return to sport“, RTS) „sicherer“ zu gestalten, hat die Deutsche Kniegesellschaft (DKG) drei abgestufte Testmanuale für die RTS-Testung nach VKB-Ersatzplastik entwickelt. Hiermit haben Ärzt*innen und Therapeut*innen die Möglichkeit, eine an die individuellen Voraussetzungen in der Praxis angepasste RTS-Testung anbieten zu können. Das Ziel ist die Senkung des Rerupturrisikos sowie eine gezielte Rehabilitationssteuerung, die kriterienbasiert, unabhängig von zeitlichen Faktoren und nur gemessen an der individuellen Leistung der Patient*innen erfolgt. Hauptbestandteile jeder Testbatterie sollten dabei die Messung von Kraft‑, Sprung- und Landefähigkeiten sowie der psychischen Bereitschaft zum RTS sein. Bei Leistungssportler*innen mit hoher Trainings- und Wettkampfexposition sollte zusätzlich eine sportartspezifische Diagnostik und interdisziplinäre Risikobewertung erfolgen.
