Teil I: Stumpfes Vorderabschnittstrauma

Zusammenfassung

Stumpfe Augenverletzungen umfassen Bulbuskontusionen und -rupturen—also geschlossene und offene Bulbusverletzungen. Charakteristische Schäden von Vorder- und Hinterabschnitt resultieren. Typische Verletzungsmuster sind die Kombinationen: 1) Hyphäma Grad II–IV und Iris-Linsen-Trauma, Glaskörperblutung—Aderhautruptur und erhöhtes Nachblutungsrisiko, 2) Kammerwinkelriss >180°—sekundäres Offenwinkelglaukom, 3) Glaskörperprolaps und Linsendislokation—Amotio retinae. Aufgrund der Spätfolgen bedürfen Patienten mit stumpfer Augenverletzung lebenslanger ophthalmologischer Kontrollen.
