Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Verletzungen der Harnblase entstehen durch stumpfe oder penetrierende Traumen. Zusätzlich können iatrogene Verletzungen als Komplikation offener, laparoskopischer oder endoskopischer Operationen auftreten.

Fragestellung

Der vorliegende Artikel beschreibt die häufigsten Ursachen von Harnblasenverletzungen sowie das diagnostische und therapeutische Vorgehen.

Nun gibt es auch Resultate zum Gesamtüberleben: Eine adjuvante Pembrolizumab-Therapie konnte in einer Phase-3-Studie das Leben von Menschen mit Nierenzellkarzinom deutlich verlängern. Die Sterberate war im Vergleich zu Placebo um 38% geringer.
