Zusammenfassung

Unterschiedliche medikamentöse Therapieansätze in der Behandlung des CRPS Typ I („complex regional pain syndrome type I“) werden in einer Übersicht dargestellt und hinsichtlich ihres Evidenzlevels bewertet. Als medikamentöse Behandlungsalternativen werden nichtsteroidale Antirheumatika (NSAR), Kortikosteroide, freie Radikalfänger, Antidepressiva, Antikonvulsiva, Lokalanästhetika, opiodartige Analgetika, Clonidin, Capsaicin, NMDA-Rezeptor-Antagonisten, Kalzitonin, Bisphosphonate, GABAB-Agonisten, α-Blocker, intravenöse Regionalanästhesie (IVRA; Bretylium/Ketanserin), IVRA (Clonidin), intravenöse regionale Sympathikusblockade (IVRSB), Grenzstrangblockade mit Lokalanästhetika, ganglionäre lokale Opiodanalgesie (GLOA) und das Prostazyklinanalogon Iloprost besprochen.
