Eine 29-jährige Ingenieurin bemerkte erstmals vor zwei Jahren eine juckende Missempfindung medial des linken Schulterblattes in Höhe des BH-Verschlusses. Zusätzlich bestünden verstärkt Nackenschmerzen, die in den Hinterkopf und auf beide Seiten in die Schultern ausstrahlen. Bei leichten bewegungsabhängigen Schmerzen im rechten Schultergelenk werden keine radikulären Schmerzen in den Armen berichtet. …
